Technology can be scary to some people. Something as commonplace as setting up a new printer can cause undue stress on the average person. Who do you turn to when you need help with technology at home? Do you ask your neighborhood young person to come over and help set it up or fix it? Do you have a family member or friend who "works with computers who might be willing to help? Perhaps you take it to your local large electronics store and have their squad of geeks try and fix it. What if there was a service that provided you with IT support just like you would find in any business? It exists - welcome to TRG@HOME! Here's how it works:
You either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (334) 551-1100. A member of our staff will collect some information from you, including your name, telephone number, physical address, and a few technical details.
Using our pricing table below, we will select a monthly plan based on the number of devices in your household and the services you need.
You will receive an invoice from us in the amount of your first month's subscription fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Once we receive notice of payment, you will be provided with an account number and a secret challenge/response for security purposes. We will use that challenge/response in every communication with you, so do not forget it.
You will be provided with a link to download and install the TRG@HOME Remote Management Agent on the device(s) specified in your account. Functions of the agent will be explained to you prior to you installing it.
If you require technical support, you can submit a request via email and a TRG technical staff member will contact you regarding your issue.
If you need to purchase a new computer or upgrade your old one, your TRG account manager will work with you to determine your specific requirements and provide you with a few options to choose from.
Once you choose the option you want, you will receive an invoice via email. Once we receive notification that payment has been made, we will place the order for your new computer.
Once delivered, TRG staff will configure and set up your computer. If you are located in the River Region, TRG will deliver your computer to you. If you are outside the River Region, TRG will ship your computer to you ready to use.

It doesn't matter where in the world you are, you can have an IT staff to assist you with your technology needs. Do you have parents or grandparents who would benefit from having someone dedicated to helping them figure out technology problems? They shouldn't need to feel frustrated, and our friendly and courteous technical staff will make sure their issues get resolved as painlessly as possible. Our pledge to you is that we will never try to sell you something you don't need or "upsell" you to a service or hardware that is more than you need. We offer the same advice to our customers as we do to our own parents and grandparents. You won't have to pay any setup fee or sign any contract - you can drop our services at any time with no questions asked (please note that any subscription services such as data backup and email will be discontinued in the unlikely event you decide to cancel service, but we will make sure you have access to your backed up data and it is returned to you.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express for payment, and can set up recurring payments for you so you don't have to worry about it.
